Classic Design Homes began building homes in 2005 with the goal of building homes that people would love. They have since built over 50 homes in the Billings area, providing homeowners with something they can be proud of.
The expertise and construction knowledge of James “Jack” Daniels is vital to the success of each project; he and Owner Mark Dawson have worked tirelessly to create a process that people can truly find fun and simple.
It starts with 3-D drawings of the new home. CDH has invested in the best drafting product available, and is able to show each owner views from any angle, which allows viewing of the home, rather than trying to visualize from plans. The pricing is simple but detailed, showing guaranteed bottom-line costs, along with options for the homeowner to choose from.
Providing home designs with a striking lack of wasted space is a focus that enables CDH to provide tremendous “bang for the buck.” They also pride themselves in having suggestions to make each home more perfect for its owner.
CDH contracts with the area’s premier interior designer, Cynthia Devitt of Signature Interiors, to assist each homeowner with their selections. Cynthia helps each client make sure their selections are best suited for their home, everything from flooring to fixtures. She also provides recommendations for special touches.
Kitchens are a huge focal point in Classic Design Homes. Nearly every homeowner chooses their kitchen through Rimrock Cabinets, whose owner, Coy Martin personally designs each plan to homeowner specifications, providing exceptional value and style that fits with the rest of the home.
